The 5th Annual Neighborhood Yard Sale is Saturday, August 25.

How it works: The Friends of South 12th Street
will take care of advertising to draw in the crowds, including maps to direct
buyers to all sale locations, so you can focus on making money.
On
the day of the sale, just set your new or used items out for sale in your yard
and let the shoppers come to you. Set your own start and end times. This event
is rain or shine.
A $10
donation from each participating sale will help cover the cost of advertising
and materials, including on-line and newspaper ads, street signs, and flyers
directing buyers to all of the sale locations in our neighborhood.
July 27 is the deadline to be sure your location is included in all
advertising. Sign up by contacting
